I am really digging this 3D Swords Resource pack. It adds some really awesome looking swords for you to chop down some creepers with. As of this post there is 10 different sword packs to download.

How to Install Resource Packs:
- Download the resource pack
- Press start and type in %appdata%
- Find and open your .minecraft folder
- Navigate to your resourcepacks folder
- Drag and drop the texture .zip file into the resourcepacks folder
